Nuvolar Works in Spain is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to lead integrations, automation, and technical logic within a multidisciplinary team on a major health insurance program focused on consent, preferences, and data privacy. You will own solutions end-to-end and present results to client stakeholders.

The role emphasizes hands-on Apex, LWC, Flows, and CI/CD, with security and data migrations, plus mentoring juniors.

Qualifications

• Proven senior Salesforce development experience with end-to-end delivery.
• Expertise in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, and trigger frameworks.
• Hands-on LWC development, Flows, and OmniScripts.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and data migrations.
• Strong knowledge of security models and sharing rules.
• Ability to mentor juniors and lead complex data flows.
• Active Salesforce certifications and willingness to upskill.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle IT projects, from planning to closure.
• Design and develop custom Salesforce solutions with Apex and LWC.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems via APIs and middleware.
• Plan, execute and validate data migrations from legacy systems.
• Implement complex sharing models and security controls.
• Own deployments across environments via CI/CD tools.
• Prepare technical designs, epics, and UAT plans.
