We’re looking for a mid-level Sales Manager who’s a confident closer but not afraid to prospect when needed. Around 75% of your role will focus on converting qualified inbound leads—leads that come to us via referrals, organic inquiries, or warm campaigns. The other 25% will involve proactive outreach to strategic accounts, partnerships, and opportunities we should be working with.
We want someone who can spot potential, introduce our platform to new prospects, and, if it can't be closed now, then plant seeds for future business. Once the deal is closed, our account managers take over to onboard the customer, help them choose merch, and manage the ongoing relationship.
