GE Vernova is seeking a ROC Technical Lead for Remote Operations Center (Wind) in Barcelona. You will monitor offshore wind assets, diagnose issues remotely, and collaborate with site teams to maintain safe, reliable operations.

Responsibilities include data analysis, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement across commissioning and service phases. Travel up to 20% may be required; Spanish language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent wind energy experience.
• Hands-on wind turbine or similar electromechanical systems in operational environments.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and apply them in troubleshooting.
• Experience with SCADA and digital monitoring tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% and relocate to Barcelona; EU work eligibility.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Monitor turbine performance and respond to alarms or abnormal conditions
• Support commissioning and service activities through remote diagnostics and troubleshooting
• Assist field teams in resolving technical issues and restoring performance
• Escalate complex issues with clear and structured technical information
• Collaborate with engineering and support teams to resolve problems
• Analyse operational data to identify faults, trends, and improvement opportunities
• Support reporting and communication of technical findings
• Contribute to process improvement and operational optimisation
• Support grid outages when required, prioritising safety and compliance
• Work on a rotating weekday shift schedule with occasional on-call support during weekends and public holidays
