ABB is seeking a senior professional to shape the market introduction of AMR Connected Care solutions. Based in Spain, you will collaborate across global teams to craft value propositions, pricing, and sales enablement for a software-driven, data-centric service offering.

You will translate capabilities into customer value, build market-ready materials, and support recurring-revenue models across regions, contributing to strategic growth in connected care.

Qualifications

• Engineering, Business Administration, Digital Business, Industrial Management or related discipline.
• Experience in business development, portfolio commercialization, sales enablement, digital services or technology-based service sales.
• Ability to transform technical capabilities into customer-value propositions and commercial tools.
• Understanding of recurring-revenue, subscription, SaaS or digitally enabled service models.

Responsabilités

• Shape how ABB brings AMR Connected Care solutions to market.
• Collaborate with Connected Care sales, product management, and local organizations to create offers around connectivity, software, data, and remote support.
• Create sales playbooks, proposal templates, customer presentations, and enablement materials for Connected Care sales teams.
• Support pricing logic, packaging, subscription approaches and recurring revenue models with portfolio, finance and pricing stakeholders.
• Analyze sales data to identify service-growth opportunities, campaigns and pilot priorities.
• Coordinate sales enablement sessions and gather market feedback to address commercial needs.
