Job summary

ABB Robotics & Discrete Automation seeks a driven professional to shape AMR Connected Care market strategy. You will partner with sales, product, and regional teams to craft compelling connectivity, software, data and remote-support offerings that drive recurring revenue.

The role emphasizes translating technical capabilities into customer value, developing sales tools, and enabling the Connected Care sales teams across global markets.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in Engineering, Business Administration, Digital Business, Industrial Management or related discipline.
• Experience in business development, portfolio commercialization, sales enablement, digital services or technology-based service sales is a plus.
• Ability to transform technical or software capabilities into customer-value propositions, commercial tools and executive-ready materials.
• Understanding of recurring-revenue, subscription, SaaS or digitally enabled service models.
• Strong analytical skills using Installed Base, CRM, market and commercial information to define priorities.
• Strong professional English. Spanish nice to have.
• Ability to work across global functions, local organizations and matrix environments; availability for travels (30%)

Responsibilities

• Shape how ABB brings AMR Connected Care solutions to market.
• Collaborate with Connected Care sales, product management, local teams to create offers around connectivity, software and data.
• Create sales playbooks, templates, presentations, business cases and enablement materials.
• Support pricing logic, packaging, subscription models with portfolio, finance and pricing teams.
• Analyze AMR Installed Base and commercial data to identify service-growth opportunities.
• Coordinate sales enablement sessions and capture market feedback.
