Our global clients include hotels in the USA, Canada, Iceland, South Africa, China, Slovenia, Italy, and the UK. We are expanding and seeking diverse candidates to join our innovative team.

Your Role

  • Design and maintain onboarding programs for new revenue team members.
  • Improve onboarding materials and create structured learning paths.
  • Manage Learning Management System (LMS) to automate training and track progress.
  • Create enablement assets like playbooks and battle cards.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing on product features and GTM initiatives.

Knowledge Management & Self-Service Learning

  • Manage internal knowledge bases, ensuring content is current and accessible.
  • Encourage self-service learning through role-specific materials.

Process & Tool Adoption

  • Define and scale sales workflows with Sales Leadership and RevOps.
  • Support tool rollouts with guides and best practices.

Learning Design & Delivery

  • Design engaging training sessions and modules.
  • Develop programs to enable managers and top performers.

Performance Coaching & Skill Development

  • Identify skill gaps and develop coaching frameworks.

Proactive Enablement & Strategic Alignment

  • Work with leadership to anticipate enablement needs.
  • Translate product and sales changes into enablement solutions.

Impact Measurement & Reporting

  • Track key metrics like ramp time and tool adoption.
  • Share insights and success stories across the organization.

You will report to the Head of Enablement and collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams.

Your Profile

  • Proficient in English (C2 level).
  • Based in Europe or similar timezone.
  • Experience in sales or revenue enablement, preferably in B2B SaaS or hotel tech.
  • Self-motivated with a proven track record of building onboarding programs.
  • Excellent facilitation skills for remote and in-person sessions.
  • Coaching mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Tech-savvy with experience in LMS, CRM, and enablement tools.
  • Ability to support distributed teams across time zones.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of revenue management principles.
  • Multilingual skills are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel for team events or customer visits.
