Job summary

Revolut in Lithuania is seeking a Regulatory Legal Counsel to join our growing Legal team. You’ll navigate complex financial regulations and help shape product structures for payments and banking across markets.

You’ll work with European and local regulators, draft customer-facing documents, and manage regulatory applications with speed and precision. Fluency in English is essential, and you’ll be part of a fast-paced, inclusive, global team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of PQE in a regulatory role within finance.
• Experience advising on financial regulations in Europe.
• Strong judgement, collaboration, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Advising the business on compliance and legal issues surrounding structuring of new and existing financial products in the areas of payments and banking
• Drafting customer-facing legal documents for these products
• Helping structure and expand Revolut’s products, while managing regulatory expectations, requirements, and applications
• Engaging and working alongside European and local regulators
• Handling significant and complex legal matters with short turnaround times

About The Role

The Legal team turns complexity into clarity by partnering with teams across Revolut to provide sharp, practical advice that helps the business move fast while staying protected. From structuring credit programmes to navigating new markets, the Legal team ensures growth is secure, compliant, and built for the long term.

We're looking for a Regulatory Legal Counsel to sit within our growing Legal team in Lithuania.

The breadth of work you'll encounter (and level of commercial involvement) is pretty unique for an in‑house role, so you'll have a large degree of responsibility for Revolut’s ongoing development and growth.

What You'll Be Doing

• Advising the business on compliance and legal issues surrounding structuring of new and existing financial products in the areas of payments and banking
• Drafting customer‑facing legal documents for these products
• Helping structure and expand Revolut’s products, while managing regulatory expectations, requirements, and applications
• Engaging and working alongside European and local regulators
• Handling significant and complex legal matters with short turnaround times

What You'll Need

• 3+ years of PQE
• Excellent academic and law firm credentials
• Experience advising on financial regulations in Europe
• Sound judgement, composure under pressure, and a collaborative mindset
• Confidence making decisions where there's ambiguity or incomplete information
• Experience with PSD2 and CRD
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
• Fluency in English
