Job summary

Remote Leverage is hiring a Real Estate Sales Closer for remote, commission-heavy opportunities. You will close deals by phone and video with US clients, handling objections and negotiating terms to meet monthly targets.

Requirements include 1+ year in sales closer or real estate, fluent English, reliable internet, and strong CRM/analytics skills. This is a fully remote role open to international applicants with a compensation range of $2,000–$3,000 per month plus commissions.

Qualifications

1+ year of experience in a Sales Closer or related role.
1+ year of experience working in the Real Estate industry.
Fluent English, both verbal and written.
Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset.
High level of motivation and persistence.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting buyers, sellers, and investors to grow the client base.
Identify each client’s needs, goals, and concerns (budget, location, timeline, financing) so you can position the right properties as the best fit.
Handle objections, negotiate offers and contracts, and close deals over the phone and on video calls.
Meet or exceed monthly sales volume and revenue targets.
Monitor listing and client activity and provide regular updates to management.
