Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a passionate Project Manager for a fully remote, non-profit role focused on sustainable community development. You will plan, implement, and monitor a portfolio of grants-funded projects aimed at education, economic development, and social programs.

The ideal candidate has at least 4 years in project management, strong stakeholder engagement, grant reporting experience, and excellent organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management.
• Familiarity with grant management and reporting requirements is highly desirable.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of community development projects from inception to completion.
• Develop detailed project plans, including objectives, activities, timelines, budgets, and KPIs.
• Manage project resources effectively, including personnel, finances, and materials.
• Oversee project implementation, ensuring adherence to project goals and timelines.
• Engage with community members, local leaders, and partner organizations to ensure project relevance and success.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any challenges or deviations.
• Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure financial accountability.
• Prepare regular project reports for stakeholders, including funders, management, and community representatives.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members and external partners.
• Measure and report on the social impact and outcomes of implemented projects.
