Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 12 years of progressive construction project management experience in industrial facilities.
• Proven track record managing projects valued > €50 million and leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for multiple large-scale industrial construction projects.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure profitability and timely completion.
• Oversee all phases of project management, including planning, procurement, execution, monitoring, and closeout.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards on all project sites.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and regulatory authorities.
• Negotiate and manage contracts, ensuring favorable terms and mitigating risks.
• Lead and mentor project management teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Implement robust reporting mechanisms to track project progress and communicate KPIs.
• Identify and resolve complex project issues and implement proactive risk management strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement in project execution processes and methodologies.
