EIA21 is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee large-scale construction projects in a remote-first role. You will manage the full lifecycle from conception to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and budget controls while coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients.

This senior position requires a Civil Engineering/Construction Management background, 12+ years of experience, proficiency with MS Project, Primavera P6 and Procore, and strong leadership to drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 12 years' progressive experience in construction project management on large-scale projects.
• Extensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and software (MS Project, Primavera P6, Procore).
• PMP or similar construction-specific project management certification is highly preferred.
• Ability to manage projects entirely remotely with virtual teams.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Spanish is an advantage.
