Job summary

Oficina-De-Treball-Del-Soc is seeking an accomplished Project Manager to lead large-scale construction initiatives in a remote-first setting. You will manage the entire project lifecycle, ensuring quality, safety, and budget adherence while coordinating with diverse teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients.

The role requires extensive background in construction methodologies, strong leadership, and excellent communication as you drive milestones and stakeholder alignment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in construction project management.
• PMP or similar certification preferred; remote management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of large-scale construction projects from planning to handover.
• Develop detailed plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Oversee site operations with safety and quality compliance.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Communicate progress, risks, and issues with clients and stakeholders.
• Implement risk management strategies and proactive problem-solving.
• Control project costs and ensure on-time delivery within budget.
• Ensure adherence to contracts and company policies.
• Utilize project management and collaboration tools for remote teams.
• Conduct regular project reviews and post-project evaluations.
