Jobgether is seeking a highly motivated Product Owner of Innovation to join their fully remote team. You will define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with market needs and business objectives.

You will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to bring innovative ideas to life. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in product management/ownership, strong Agile experience, and a proven track record of launching new products or features.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 5+ years in product management/ownership with focus on innovation.
• Proven experience launching new products or features.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for innovative new products.
• Translate business needs and market opportunities into detailed product requirements and user stories.
• Prioritize the product backlog based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Work with UX/UI designers to create intuitive experiences.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure alignment.
• Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities.
• Define and track KPIs to measure success and inform development.
• Facilitate product launch activities and go-to-market strategies.
