Workwize is hiring an early-career product engineer who cares more about shipping value than long CVs. You’ll own ideas from sketch to working prototype, and you'll work with AI agents to design, build, test, and ship new features.

If you enjoy turning rough ideas into real user outcomes inside a fast-paced team, this role is for you. We value hands-on delivery, collaboration, and learning by doing in a flexible hybrid or remote setup.

Formación

• 1–2+ years of proven product-focused experience.
• Built and shipped real products or features.
• Experience working in a team and receiving feedback.
• Strong product intuition; ability to spot the job to be done.
• Comfort with AI/tools and willingness to adapt.

Responsabilidades

• Turn a problem into a working prototype quickly and convert it to production features.
• Use agents and AI tooling to design, build, test, and ship.
• Make product calls about what to build, cut, or ship.
• Set up evaluation and monitoring post-launch and iterate.
• Work directly with customers, support, and the product team to identify high-leverage work.
