Job summary

Nordex Se is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to drive process improvement and efficiency initiatives across the organization in a fully remote role. You will analyze complex business processes, identify bottlenecks, redesign workflows, and lead cross-functional teams to adopt new technologies and continuous improvement practices.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in project management, is fluent in English (Spanish a plus), and holds Lean/Six Sigma certifications (Green Belt or Black

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in project management with a focus on process improvement and operational efficiency.
• Proven track record leading and delivering complex improvement projects.
• Lean, Six Sigma or related methodologies (Green/Black Belt preferred).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience managing projects remotely and leading distributed teams.
• Fluency in English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of process improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma.
• Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies and optimize.
• Develop detailed project plans (scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, resources).
• Manage cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
• Facilitate workshops and training to embed new processes and tools.
• Measure impact on KPIs and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks of process changes.
• Champion continuous improvement across the organization.
• Ensure adoption and sustainability of improved processes.
