Job summary

Verisure is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to drive process improvement and efficiency on a fully remote basis within Spain. The role demands deep expertise in Lean and Six Sigma, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering complex improvement initiatives that boost operational performance.

You will design, communicate, and govern detailed plans, monitor KPIs, and champion continuous improvement while coordinating with distributed teams across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Operations Management or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of project management experience with a focus on process improvement and operational efficiency.
• Proven track record delivering complex improvement projects.
• Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies (Green/Black Belt preferred).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills; distributed-team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and execution of process improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma.
• Analyze existing processes to identify bottlenecks and optimization opportunities.
• Develop detailed project plans including scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Manage cross-functional teams in a fully remote setting; foster collaboration remotely.
• Facilitate workshops and training to embed new processes and tools.
• Measure impact using KPIs and report progress to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to process changes and implementations.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
• Ensure sustainable adoption of improved processes.
