Job summary

GE Vernova's New Ventures & Strategy team is seeking a Process and AI Analyst to build dashboards, workflows, and AI-enabled tools that empower leadership to evaluate and advance new business ideas rapidly. You will own the venture evaluation process and directly influence decisions with high-visibility work that blends data, prototyping and strategic thinking.

You'll design from-scratch dashboards, integrate data from multiple sources, and iterate tools based on feedback.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building dashboards and AI-enabled tools with real ownership.
• Portfolio of dashboards, automated workflows, or AI-assisted tools with details.
• Experience using AI tools to build working solutions.
• Proficiency with BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) and ability to learn new tools quickly.
• Clear written communication to turn work into leadership-ready summaries.

Responsibilities

• Own the venture evaluation process and manage day-to-day operations of a multi-stage pipeline.
• Build dashboards and reporting tools with real-time leadership visibility from scratch.
• Apply AI hands-on to combine data from multiple sources and refine tools based on feedback.
• Standardize intake with templates and stakeholder questionnaires for evaluating opportunities.
• Translate strategy into working processes and tools, capturing lessons learned and recommending improvements.
• Coordinate cross-functional sessions with engineering, sourcing, legal, and Finance to resolve bottlenecks.
• Brief leadership with concise, action-ready recommendations.
