Job summary

GE Vernova invites you to join the New Ventures & Strategy team as a Process and AI Analyst. You will personally build dashboards, workflows, and AI-enabled tools to evaluate and advance new business ideas, delivering high-visibility outputs for leadership.

You’ll own the venture evaluation pipeline, create from-scratch dashboards, and apply AI to organize data from multiple sources while iterating based on feedback. Remote work with global collaboration is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Strong track record building dashboards and reusable tools with ownership
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to build working solutions
• Experience with BI dashboards and rapid prototyping
• Clear written communication and leadership-ready summaries
• Portfolio of dashboards, automated workflows, or AI-assisted tools

Responsibilities

• Own the venture evaluation process and optimize day-to-day operations
• Build dashboards and reporting tools giving leadership real-time visibility
• Apply AI hands-on to pull data from multiple sources and create working tools
• Standardize intake with templates and questionnaires for evaluating opportunities
• Translate strategy into actionable processes and tools with measurable improvements
• Coordinate cross-functional sessions to resolve bottlenecks and move initiatives
• Brief leadership with concise, action-ready recommendations
