Revolut is seeking a Risk Manager to strengthen AML controls within Wealth & Trading. You will advise on financial crime decisions, assess risks, and support control testing across global markets.

The role requires deep AML expertise, 5+ years in risk advisory, and a pragmatic communicator who can engage stakeholders. We offer flexible work options including remote, office, or abroad, and a dynamic, diverse culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as AML SME in risk advisory or first line of defence.
• AML advisory across retail, business banking or fintech products.
• Deep knowledge of AML typologies, regulations and control frameworks.
• Experience identifying gaps and driving remediation.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Design and oversee AML controls for Wealth & Trading aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Provide AML advisory on new products and jurisdictions to mitigate risk.
• Support audit/regulatory engagements with clear control framework narratives.
• Conduct risk assessments and validate effectiveness of controls.
• Collaborate with Product, Ops, and Compliance for measurable AML outcomes.
• Maintain AML MI dashboards and documentation for governance.
