About the Role

Our client is searching for a highly experienced and visionary Remote Principal Software Engineer to lead the design and development of complex distributed systems. Requirements

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent extensive experience.

• Deep understanding of distributed systems concepts (e.g., consensus algorithms, consistency models, fault tolerance, message queuing).
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages commonly used in distributed systems (e.g., Java, Go, C++, Scala).
• Experience with large-scale data processing frameworks (e.g., Spark, Flink).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Strong understanding of networking protocols and security best practices.
• Proven ability to lead technical projects and mentor engineering teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and architectural design skills.
