Synthires is seeking a Spanish Translator for remote, contract-based work focused on Peruvian Spanish. No experience required beyond native fluency and clear communication. This hourly role involves real-time testing of conversational AI with feedback on performance.

The project runs for approximately 1–2 weeks with 1–3 hours of daily commitment, and an immediate start is requested. Remote work and hourly compensation apply for this short-term assignment.

Formación

• Native or fluent proficiency in Peruvian Spanish.
• Ability to communicate naturally and clearly in spoken Spanish.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Reliable availability to start immediately.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in inbound and outbound phone calls with conversational AI agents.
• Follow provided prompts, scenarios, and interaction guidelines.
• Evaluate the AI agent's responses, conversation flow, and overall user experience.
• Provide concise and accurate feedback on AI performance.
• Assess whether conversations feel natural and appropriate for Peruvian Spanish speakers.
• Maintain clear communication and consistent evaluation throughout testing sessions.
• Complete assigned testing activities within the required project timeline.
