Synthires is seeking a Spanish Translator (Remote) for a short-term testing project. You will engage in real-time phone conversations to evaluate AI responses with native Peruvian Spanish. No prior AI experience is required; just strong language skills and clear feedback.

Work is remote, hourly, with an approximate 1–2 week project duration and daily commitment of 1–3 hours. Immediate start is required.

Formación

• Native or fluent proficiency in Peruvian Spanish.
• Ability to communicate naturally and clearly in spoken Spanish.
• Access to a phone and ability to make clear, high-quality phone calls.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in inbound and outbound phone calls with conversational AI agents.
• Follow provided prompts, scenarios, and interaction guidelines.
• Evaluate the AI agent's responses, conversation flow, and overall user experience.
• Provide concise and accurate feedback on AI performance.
• Assess whether conversations feel natural and appropriate for Peruvian Spanish speakers.
• Maintain clear communication and consistent evaluation throughout testing sessions.
• Complete assigned testing activities within the required project timeline.
