Jobgether is seeking a creative Video Editor to craft high-converting e-commerce ads for Meta, TikTok, Google, and YouTube. You will transform briefs into engaging ads, produce weekly concepts, and leverage AI tools to create authentic footage and AI-generated content.

• Experience editing direct-response video ads for e-commerce or DTC brands

Responsabilidades

• Transform briefs, advertising angles, hooks, product info into polishing ads.
• Produce weekly volume of original ad concepts and hook variations.
• Edit and optimize UGC, creator footage, product demos into ads.
• Create AI-generated advertising content from scratch.
• Combine traditional editing with AI-powered workflows for quality output.
• Develop various formats: problem-solution, testimonials, unboxing, founder stories.
• Apply performance marketing to editing: hooks, pacing, captions, CTAs.
• Monitor metrics like hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CPA, ROAS.
• Use insights to identify elements, optimize ads, test variations.
• Stay updated on trend across TikTok and Meta.
• Collaborate on AI tool development and provide feedback.
• Support high-priority seasonal campaigns (Q4) and planning.
