Job summary

Adcubator is a fast-growing Google Ads agency seeking a hands-on creative lead to own AI ad production for YouTube from strategy to finished asset. You’ll research markets, define avatars, craft angles, script, generate, edit, and ship ads in 16x9, with expansion to other formats as tests require.

You will work with a senior, global team, leveraging AI tools, and you’ll be measured by performance data and conversion outcomes, operating in a fully remote setup.

Qualifications

• Experience concepting and producing ecommerce ad creative with real spend, YouTube focus
• Ability to write and execute on angles, avatars, and personas
• Fluent use of AI creative tools and ability to drive results
• Comfort reading performance data to inform iterations
• Capable of owning the full creative process end to end
• Strong grasp of direct response and testing at scale

Responsibilities

• Research market, audience, and competition to find angles for testing
• Define avatars/ personas and build concepts around them
• Concept, script, generate, edit, and deliver AI ad creative end to end for YouTube 16x9
• Build for other placements/formats when tests require
• Create AI VSLs and formats like claymation, AI avatars, UGC hybrids
• Run a high-volume creative testing pipeline and iterate on winners
