Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Paid Media Project Manager to own the delivery of marketing work for clients across the US. You will manage campaigns, SEO roadmaps, reporting, and the client relationship, keeping projects on time and on budget while informing clients and unblocking internal teams.

This delivery role requires strong communication, organization, and a bias for action to drive work to completion under deadlines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing marketing projects or accounts, ideally in a digital agency.
• Hands-on familiarity with PPC (Google Ads, Meta Ads) or SEO programs.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Comfort with PM tooling (ClickUp, Asana, Jira or similar).
• Calm under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own project plans, timelines and budgets from kickoff to delivery.
• Coordinate PPC and SEO strategists, writers and designers to hit milestones.
• Run client communication, status updates and expectation setting.
• Track scope, flag risk early, and drive tasks to completion.
