Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Paid Media Project Manager to own the delivery of PPC, SEO and paid media programs for clients across the US. You will manage campaigns, SEO roadmaps, reporting and the client relationship, keeping projects on time and on budget, while informing clients and clearing internal blockers.

This role is a delivery seat for a strong communicator who stays organized and drives work to the finish.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing marketing projects or accounts.
• Hands-on familiarity with PPC (Google Ads, Meta Ads) or SEO programs.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Comfort with PM tooling (ClickUp, Asana, Jira or similar).
• Calm under tight deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Own project plans, timelines and budgets from kickoff to delivery.
• Coordinate PPC and SEO strategists, writers and designers to hit milestones.
• Run client communication, status updates and expectation setting.
• Track scope, flag risk early, and drive tasks to completion.
