Job summary

BMAT Music Innovators seeks an Operations Specialist to optimize how we deliver services to clients, manage data workflows, and translate business needs into practical technology solutions. You’ll work at the intersection of clients, data, operations, and engineering, turning challenges into scalable processes.

You will analyze datasets, streamline workflows, and partner with teams to implement automation, driving quality and efficiency as our offerings and customer needs grow.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in project management, technical account management, or client support within technical environments.
• Highly organized multitasker with strong attention to detail.
• Initiative, drive, enthusiasm, and entrepreneurial attitude.
• Excellent decision-making, critical thinking, and problem-solving.
• Passion for listening, asking, understanding, and communicating.
• Love for teamwork and learning.
• Technical literacy: follow technical discussions, understand backend/frontend systems and data pipelines, read/write documentation. Coding experience welcome but not required.
• Be comfortable dealing with large data and numbers.
• Fluency in English is a must; Indonesian/Filipino a plus but not mandatory.
• Based in Europe or APAC region.

Responsibilities

• Understand and deliver BMAT services and operational workflows; grasp client needs and ensure reliable execution.
• Bridge business and technology: translate requirements into clear technical specifications and communicate with non-technical stakeholders.
• Analyze datasets, identify inconsistencies, uncover root causes, and turn findings into actionable improvements.
• Spot repetitive tasks, streamline workflows, and collaborate with teams to implement automation.
• Collaborate with clients, Operations, Engineering and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
• Drive scalability by reducing operational effort and enhancing quality as services evolve.
