Job summary

Alignerr is seeking a Nursing Informatics Specialist to bridge frontline nursing practice with advanced health information systems. You will translate nursing workflows into EHR designs and analyze data to drive improvements in documentation quality and patient care.

The role is remote, hourly, and offers flexible hours (10–40 hours/week). If you have RN background and hands-on EHR experience, you’ll help optimize clinical workflows and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• RN or equivalent clinical background with informatics experience.
• Hands-on experience with EHR systems (Epic, Cerner) and clinical documentation workflows.
• Strong ability to analyze clinical and system data and translate insights into improvements.

Responsibilities

• Translate nursing workflows and clinical needs into informatics and EHR designs with IT/technical teams.
• Evaluate clinical and system data to identify trends and performance gaps for patient care.
• Recommend and support enhancements to health information systems to improve care efficiency and usability.
