Alignerr is seeking a Nursing Informatics Specialist to help evaluate and improve AI training content. You bring clinical nursing expertise to ensure AI systems understand nursing workflows, EHR documentation, and patient care nuances.

This is a fully remote, hourly contract with flexible hours between 10 and 40 per week, letting you work on your own schedule while contributing to cutting-edge AI development in healthcare.

Qualifications

• RN or equivalent clinical background with healthcare experience.
• Familiarity with major EHR systems (Epic, Cerner).
• Ability to evaluate AI-generated clinical content and provide written feedback.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated clinical content for accuracy and relevance.
• Identify gaps or errors in nursing practice representations.
• Provide structured feedback on documentation quality and terminology.
• Translate nursing experience into actionable AI insights.
• Review content related to EHRs, patient safety, and clinical decision-making.
• Work independently and asynchronously with no set hours.
