Alignerr Corp. seeks a Health Informatics Analyst (AI Training) to review AI outputs on healthcare data and EHR workflows. You’ll assess accuracy and real-world applicability, providing structured feedback to improve model understanding of clinical contexts.

The role is remote, hourly, with 10–40 hours per week. You will work asynchronously, collaborating with clinical and technical teams to refine AI training data and evaluation rubrics.

Qualifications

• Experience with healthcare data and EHR systems.
• Strong analytical skills with data interpretation and trend analysis.
• Ability to communicate findings clearly in writing.

Responsibilities

• Analyze AI-generated outputs related to healthcare data and EHR workflows.
• Assess accuracy, completeness, and real-world applicability of outputs.
• Identify errors or misleading outputs in clinical scenarios.
• Provide structured, expert feedback using rubrics and notes.
