Job summary

Alignerr is seeking a Nursing Informatics Specialist to help train and evaluate AI systems for healthcare. Remote, hourly contract with flexible hours (10–40 per week). Your nursing expertise will ensure AI tools are clinically accurate and useful for clinicians.

Ideal candidates have RN credentials, experience with EHRs, and strong analytical skills. You’ll work asynchronously with AI research teams and may contribute to ongoing projects.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent clinical background with informatics exposure.
• Hands-on experience with EHR systems and clinical workflows.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Clear written communicator able to translate clinical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated clinical content for accuracy and safety.
• Assess AI outputs against EHR workflows and documentation.
• Identify gaps or unsafe recommendations in nursing AI responses.
• Provide structured feedback for AI training teams.
• Annotate clinical scenarios and patient data narratives.
• Work independently on a flexible schedule.
