Solutions Driven is hiring for an ERP implementation specialist to work with multiple Italian businesses on NetSuite deployments. You will map current processes, run fit-gap workshops, and define configurations to align with the group model.

The role involves hands-on configuration, testing, and supporting go-lives. The position focuses on change management, process improvement, and CRM rollouts within a programme that spans discovery through go-lives across varied operating models.

Qualifications

• Solid grounding in finance and procure-to-pay processes.
• NetSuite experience highly desirable; other ERPs considered.

Responsibilities

• Visit Italian businesses to map current processes to NetSuite model.
• Run fit-gap workshops against the group NetSuite model.
• Define configurations for non-changeable requirements.
• Decide on process vs. system changes with each business.
• Configure and test NetSuite with PMs and tech team.
• Support change management, go-live and handover.

Job description

Our client is an international group of specialist testing, inspection, certification, and compliance businesses, built through acquisition. It is rolling NetSuite out across its European businesses and is growing its implementation team to deliver it. This is a new, permanent role based in Italy.

The role

You'll work alongside two Implementation Project Managers across three engagement teams, directly with each business. You'll show them how NetSuite works, understand how they operate today and map that against the group model. Where a requirement can't change, you'll define the configuration to handle it. Where it can, you'll help the business change its process.

This is a change role, not an operational finance role. No month-end. No day-to-day tax. The programme runs in waves, from discovery and configuration to process change and the next set of go-lives, with CRM rollouts to follow.

What you'll do

• Visit businesses across Italy to understand how they operate today and map their processes against NetSuite
• Run fit-gap workshops against the group NetSuite model
• Identify what can't change and define the configuration to support it
• Decide with each business where process change or system change is needed
• Configure and test NetSuite with the Project Managers and technical team
• Support process change, go-live, and handover
• Contribute to CRM rollouts across very different operating models
• Write SOPs and process documentation

What you'll bring

• ERP implementation experience as a Finance Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or similar
• A solid grounding in finance and procure-to-pay
• NetSuite experience (highly desirable); other ERP backgrounds considered
• Confidence running workshops and challenging existing ways of working
• Fluent Spanish and professional-level English
