1000heads is seeking a bold, creative designer for a fully remote freelance role, with flexibility to work from anywhere while maintaining overlap with UK/CET business hours. You will shape templates and content across regions, spanning 2D/3D motion, video, and various media to tell compelling stories for a global B2B tech brand.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in social media design, strong Figma and After Effects skills, and a proactive, self-directed mindset.

Formación

• Strong knowledge of Figma and After Effects.
• 3+ years of design experience within social media.
• Creative or social media agency experience highly desirable.
• Intrapreneurial, team-player mindset with a can-do attitude.
• Adaptability across brand styles and tones.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good to excellent written and spoken English.
• A design degree or equivalent is preferred but not essential.

Responsabilidades

• Bring creative ideation and design thinking to the table, solo or as part of a team.
• Deliver storyboards, campaign visuals, and final assets on time and on brand.
• Work with client service and community teams to bring projects to life.
• Stay updated on social platform trends and apply insights to ideation sessions.
