Job summary

Synthires is seeking experienced Graphic Designers to contribute creative expertise to AI-focused projects. You will apply your design knowledge to create, evaluate, and refine visual content while helping AI models better understand design principles and visual communication.

Ideal candidates bring branding, digital media, storytelling, and design critique experience. You will work remotely, deliver high-quality visuals, and provide structured feedback to improve AI-generated outputs.

Qualifications

• Professional graphic design experience across digital and print media.
• Strong portfolio showing branding, marketing, and creative projects.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma or Canva.
• Solid understanding of hierarchy, typography, color theory, and composition.
• Attention to detail and ability to critique designs constructively.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality visual assets aligned with project requirements and standards.
• Review and evaluate designs for visual effectiveness, usability, consistency, and quality.
• Develop digital graphics, illustrations, layouts, branding materials, and more.
• Analyze existing materials and provide actionable improvement recommendations.
• Document design decisions and visual communication strategies.
• Assess AI-generated outputs and provide feedback on strengths and weaknesses.
• Participate in iterative reviews to refine content and outcomes.
• Maintain organized design files and project documentation.
• Communicate concepts clearly through written and visual formats.
• Contribute expertise in typography, color theory, and user-centered design.
