The ideal candidate is a native Spanish speaker with expertise in direct response marketing and experience using tools like GoHighLevel. This is a remote position, allowing for occasional in-person events.

Position: Growth & Operations Manager

As Growth & Operations Manager, you'll take full ownership of funnel marketing, ads, content ops, and KPIs for the Spanish market.

Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta, YouTube, Google).

Own operations: content, emails, webinars, reports.

Implement fast A/B tests to drive growth.

Requirements:

• Native Spanish or C2-level speaker.
• Knowledge of direct response marketing (e.g., English fluency (C2+), Italian is a plus).
• Experience with tools like GoHighLevel, ActiveCampaign, Zapier.
• Past ownership of ad budgets or freelancer management.
