Placements24 is seeking a highly motivated Management Consultant to join a globally distributed team in a fully remote role. You will analyze client operations, identify inefficiencies, and design innovative solutions to streamline processes and cut costs.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, at least 6 years of consulting experience, and expertise in process mapping, Lean, Six Sigma, or BPMN. You will lead projects, collaborate with remote teams, and deliver measurable business value.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in management consulting or related field focusing on process improvement.
• Demonstrated expertise in process mapping, analysis, and re-engineering.
• Proficiency or familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct in-depth analysis of client processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and recommend optimized process designs, incorporating best practices and enabling technology solutions.
• Create detailed implementation plans and support clients through change management.
• Utilize data analytics to measure process performance and track impact of changes.
• Collaborate with remote client teams and internal stakeholders through virtual channels.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to articulate findings and recommendations.
