JD Logistics seeks a procurement lead to take ownership of end-to-end local procurement and site-readiness for Madrid, coordinating with local Spanish operations and global HQ. You will source indirect supplies, negotiate with Spanish suppliers, and establish an efficient vendor network and administrative setup.

Initially focused on launch procurement, you will drive ongoing operational support, KPI tracking, and continuous resource optimization across the site to ensure seamless supply-chain

Formación

• Language proficiency: English, Spanish, and Mandarin required.
• Strong negotiation and procurement skills.
• Experience coordinating with suppliers and vendors across regions.

Responsabilidades

• Source and secure all critical indirect supplies for site launch.
• Build a robust Spanish supplier network aligned with budget and compliance.
• Transition from launch procurement to ongoing site support and KPI tracking.
• Maintain real-time reporting between Madrid operations and global HQ.
