Job summary

Homa is seeking a Lead Product Manager for our live RPG titles to define and own the product roadmap end-to-end. You will manage live operations, monetization, and collaboration with Publishing and external studios to scale a franchise-driven portfolio.

This is a remote role open to multiple countries, with a focus on driving growth and data-driven decision making. You will lead a small, talented team and shape how Homa evolves its RPG ecosystem.

Qualifications

• We are looking for several years of product experience on live mobile games, especially RPG, with end‑to‑end ownership of an economy, progression system or monetization roadmap.
• You should have strong fluency in RPG mechanics and meta systems and mobile marketability instincts.
• Experience taking a title from concept through LiveOps or shaping product direction across multiple titles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define the product roadmap across one or more live RPG titles and their monetization and live-ops structure.
• Own LiveOps end-to-end: calendar, events, and loops to sustain engagement and spend.
• Lead a small team of product, design, and economy experts toward common goals.
• Oversee the monetization model and balance IAP with ad revenue growth.
• Drive growth in partnership with UA to inform the roadmap with data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with Publishing and studios to align on KPIs and end-to-end delivery.
• Set benchmarks and best practices for the genre across major decisions.
• Stay hands-on with data and systems when needed.
