OLX Group in Barcelona, Spain is seeking a Principal Product Manager to drive high-impact, zero-to-one initiatives across our Real Estate business. This builder role focuses on creating new value and is not a people-management position.

You'll lead 2–3 strategic initiatives in parallel, reporting to the Director of Product. Base locations include Spain, Portugal or Poland with remote work allowed within these countries.

The OpportunityOLX is looking for a Principal Product Manager to drive high-impact, zero-to-one initiatives across our Real Estate business.

This is a builder role focused on creating new value

- not a people-management role.

It's well-suited for someone who thrives on building new things, moving fast, and navigating a complex organisation to turn ideas into impact.You'll lead 2–3 special initiatives in parallel, each scoped over 6–24 months.

These could range from developing AI-driven capabilities and new monetisation models to building new product features that drive growth.

We're hiring for mindset, not a fixed checklist.You'll join the product leadership team and contribute to strategic direction across the area.

The focus is on building, pushing, and delivering new value, complementing a team that excels at running and optimising the core business.This role reports to the Director of Product and can be based in Spain, Portugal or Poland.

Remote work is possible within these countries.

What You'll Do
