Requirements include excellent English (C1) and Spanish (C2), plus strong communication, motivation, and proactive problem-solving mindset. Full-time position with flexible scheduling and growth potential.

Formación

• Excellent English (C1) and fluent Spanish (C2) required.
• Strong communication skills with an empathetic approach.
• Autonomous, organized and able to work remotely in a fast-paced setting.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct initial conversations to understand student needs and assess English level.
• Guide potential students through onboarding to ensure a positive experience.
• Achieve assigned enrollment targets and contribute to growth.
• Create detailed reports for insights and system improvements.
