UST is seeking a Junior Functional Analyst to join our international team. You will learn quickly and support the documentation of business requirements, end-to-end processes, and IT collaboration to clarify functional needs.

The role emphasizes gathering requirements, creating BRs/FSs, and assisting in testing and project tracking in a fast-paced, multinational environment. Remote work from Spain is available for eligible candidates.

Formación

• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of financial products, APIs, REST services, databases and Agile methodologies.
• High level of English (B2).
• Ability to work in an international environment.

Responsabilidades

• Gather and document business requirements under the guidance of senior functional analysts.
• Support the definition and documentation of end-to-end business processes.
• Collaborate with IT teams to clarify functional requirements.
• Prepare functional documentation (BRs, FSs, Process Flows, User Stories).
• Support the definition, preparation and execution of functional and UAT test cases.
• Assist in project tracking, reporting and status updates.
• Work effectively with different business and technology stakeholders.
