• At least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst in IT projects.
• Experience in banking, financial services, or financial systems environments.
• Strong background in business requirements gathering and functional analysis.
• Practical knowledge of Generative AI technologies and their application across the SDLC.
• Experience using AI-powered development assistants, Prompt Engineering, and LLMs.

Responsabilidades

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Act as liaison between Business, Architecture, Development, QA, DevOps, and Technology teams.
• Define solution behavior and validate functional designs aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with development teams on backend solutions using Java and Spring Boot.
• Coordinate with technical and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support testing, validation, UAT, and acceptance activities to ensure successful delivery.
• Ensure solutions meet functional, quality, security, scalability, and reliability expectations.
• Leverage Generative AI technologies to accelerate requirements analysis and documentation.
• Use AI-powered tools and prompt engineering to support solution design, testing, and process optimization.

What we look for?

We are seeking a Business Analyst / Functional Analyst with strong experience in IT projects, preferably within banking or financial services environments. The ideal candidate will be a bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams, transforming business requirements into functional and technical solution definitions while leveraging Generative AI capabilities to improve software delivery efficiency and quality.High english level is required.

Key Responsibilities

Mandatory Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst in IT projects.
• Previous experience in banking, financial services, or financial systems environments.
• Strong background in business requirements gathering and functional analysis.
• Practical knowledge of Generative AI technologies and their application across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience using AI-powered development assistants, Prompt Engineering, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Experience working alongside software development teams.
• English C1
• Spanish bilingual

Nice To Have

• Experience in microservices and event-driven architectures.
• Knowledge of backend ecosystems based on Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience with AI-powered tools such as: GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Devin, Similar AI-assisted development platforms
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and complex enterprise environments.
• Experience in financial messaging platforms or Corporate & Investment Banking projects.
