Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced risk and compliance managers to help train an AI model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks in a flexible, fully remote role.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in regulatory compliance or risk management within financial services, with ownership of regulatory filing drafting or review and high craftsmanship in documents and slides. Start ASAP with a 5–20 hour weekly commitment.

• Direct ownership of drafting or reviewing regulatory filings, compliance policy, or control-testing documentation.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship; strong written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for regulatory and risk contexts.
• Support AI model governance through memos, policy drafting, and audit-response docs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accuracy and regulatory alignment across workflows.

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced risk and compliance managers who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks.

We're looking for risk and compliance managers with 5+ years in financial services regulatory compliance or risk to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: regulatory-filing and disclosure review, AI and model-risk governance memos, compliance-policy drafting, control-testing and audit-response documentation, regulator correspondence, and board risk committee materials.
