Formación

• Experience in service management and incident resolution.
• Proven ability to coordinate across teams and customers.

Responsabilidades

• Maintains the support process and ensures requests are handled per procedures.
• Uses service assurance tools to diagnose problems and report findings.
• Identifies and resolves problems following agreed procedures.
• Performs defined maintenance tasks and ensures incident closure.
• Maintains records of information on CIs and configurations.
• Escalates unresolved incidents and follows up until resolution.
