Astek Iberia is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Lead to guide our IT infrastructure strategy for a consumer healthcare client. The role focuses on cloud and on‑premise operations, with emphasis on Azure, security, and high availability.

You will lead international teams, coordinate with cybersecurity and business units, and shape the infrastructure roadmap to support regulatory and corporate requirements. Remote work is possible with international collaboration.

Formación

• Extensive IT infrastructure leadership experience.
• Strong expertise in cloud environments, especially Azure.
• Solid understanding of networking, servers, storage, virtualization.
• Experience managing third-party providers and distributed teams.
• Fluent English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead infrastructure operations across cloud and on-premise environments.
• Define and execute the infrastructure roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and security of IT services.
• Drive cloud transformation and modernization initiatives.
• Manage infrastructure vendors, service providers, and technology partners.
• Lead and mentor technical teams across multiple locations.
• Establish governance, standards, and best practices.
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity, Digital, and Business teams to deliver strategic projects.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate requirements.
