Astek Iberia is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Lead to guide our IT infrastructure for the Consumer Healthcare sector in a fully remote role in Spain. You will oversee cloud and on‑premise operations, define roadmaps, ensure security and availability, and drive modernization with cross‑functional teams across geographies.

Ideal candidates bring extensive leadership in infrastructure, Azure expertise, strong vendor management, and English fluency to coordinate global projects and partners.

Formación

• Extensive IT Infrastructure leadership experience in large environments.
• Strong expertise in cloud environments, preferably Microsoft Azure.
• Solid understanding of networking, servers, storage, virtualization, and workplace services.
• Experience managing third‑party providers and outsourced services.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience leading international or distributed teams.
• Fluent English in professional contexts.

Responsabilidades

• Lead infrastructure operations across cloud and on‑premise environments.
• Define and execute the infrastructure roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and security of IT services.
• Drive cloud transformation and modernization initiatives.
• Manage infrastructure vendors, service providers, and technology partners.
• Lead and mentor technical teams across multiple locations.
• Establish governance, standards, and best practices.
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity, Digital, and Business teams to deliver strategic projects.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate requirements.
