Astek Iberia is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Lead to join a leading international Consumer Healthcare company. This 100% remote role focuses on leading infrastructure operations across cloud and on-premise environments and driving modernization efforts.

The ideal candidate has extensive IT infrastructure leadership experience, strong Azure expertise, and proven ability to manage distributed teams and vendor relationships.

Formación

• Extensive experience in IT infrastructure leadership roles.
• Strong cloud expertise, preferably Microsoft Azure.
• Good knowledge of networking, servers, storage, virtualization, and workplace services.
• Experience leading international or distributed teams.
• Fluent English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead infrastructure operations across cloud and on-premise environments.
• Define and execute the infrastructure roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and security of IT services.
• Drive cloud transformation and modernization initiatives.
• Manage infrastructure vendors, service providers, and technology partners.
• Lead and mentor technical teams across multiple locations.
• Establish governance, standards, and best practices.
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity, Digital, and Business teams to deliver strategic projects.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate requirements.
