Henry Schein is seeking an IFS System Administrator to own master data across the IFS environment, ensuring accuracy and consistency to support global business processes. You will manage IFS master data objects, organisational structures and bulk updates, uphold governance, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams across different time zones in a fully remote role.

Formación

• Experience with IFS Applications in global or multinational environments.
• Strong understanding of ERP master data concepts.
• Experience managing organisational structures (warehouses, resources, persons, sites).
• Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy, consistency and integrity.
• Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders across time zones.
• Structured, data-driven problem solving with root-cause analysis.
• Familiarity with data imports/exports; IFS Data Migration tools is a plus.
• Strong English communication; other languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own the accuracy, consistency and governance of IFS master data across the environment.
• Create and maintain key IFS master data objects (Persons, Resources, employees, technicians, sites, warehouses).
• Maintain organisational structures and onboarding of new units into IFS.
• Support troubleshooting and resolution of master data issues affecting business processes.
• Ensure master data aligns with internal quality standards and business transactions.
• Contribute to continuous improvements in master data management and governance.
