Henry Schein is seeking an IFS System Administrator to own master data within the IFS environment, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and readiness to support global business processes. You will manage core master data objects and organisational structures, collaborating with cross-functional teams to uphold data quality.

The role includes onboarding new units, sites and employees into IFS, and coordinating data imports/updates while addressing issues with a data-driven approach and root-cause

Formación

• Experience with IFS Applications in a global or multinational environment.
• Strong understanding of ERP master data concepts.
• Experience managing organisational structures (warehouses, resources, persons, sites).
• SQL or reporting skills.
• Knowledge of data migration tools is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own accuracy, consistency, and governance of core IFS master data (Persons, Resources, employees, technicians, warehouses, sites).
• Create and maintain key IFS master data objects and organisational structures; onboard new units/sites/employees.
• Troubleshoot master data issues and ensure data quality across business transactions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across functions and time zones on data requirements and setup.
