Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Programmer (SAS & R) with German for Germany-focused HTA and market access work, with a Madrid base and hybrid options. You will perform statistical programming for AMNOG dossiers and data analyses, enabling robust evidence for reimbursement decisions.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s/ PhD in biostatistics or data science, 2+ years in SAS, CDISC SDTM/ADaM, and fluent German and English. HTA/HEOR knowledge is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in biostatistics, data science, or a related field.
• Initial experience in HTA, AMNOG, HEOR, or Market Access and/or clinical development.
• Solid understanding of clinical study designs, endpoints, and statistical principles.
• Familiarity with CDISC SDTM/ADaM datasets and German AMNOG processes.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to development of German AMNOG dossiers, focusing on programming analyses for Module 4.
• Perform analysis of clinical trial data including efficacy, safety, and endpoints.
• Conduct meta-analyses and indirect treatment comparisons; support interpretation of outputs.
• Automate analysis workflows for efficiency, consistency, and reproducibility.
• Collaborate with Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, and EU-HTA teams.
• Ensure scientific quality and clear, audit-ready outputs.
• Monitor methodological developments from IQWiG, G-BA, and HTA bodies.
